This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Solaraquintix ("we," "us," or "our") may provide refunds for purchases made through our online educational platform. By enrolling in our courses or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. General Refund Principles
We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. This policy establishes clear guidelines for when refunds may be granted.
2. Course Enrollment Refunds
2.1 Standard Refund Window
Students may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that:
- No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed
- No completion certificates have been issued
- No downloadable resources have been accessed
- The request is submitted through our official refund request process
2.2 Partial Refunds
After the standard refund window has expired, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Medical emergencies supported by documentation
- Technical issues that prevented course access despite our support efforts
- Course content materially differs from advertised description
Partial refunds are calculated based on content accessed and time elapsed since enrollment. The maximum partial refund amount is 50% of the original purchase price.
2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- More than 30 days have passed since the original purchase date
- More than 50% of the course content has been accessed
- A completion certificate has been issued
- The student has violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies
- The course was purchased during a promotional period with special pricing
- The student simply changed their mind without valid reason after the standard refund window
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Students may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Request is made within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase
- Less than three (3) courses have been started or completed
- Refund amount will be prorated based on usage, minus a processing fee of 10%
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Students may cancel to prevent future renewals.
4. Bundle and Package Purchases
Course bundles and packages follow the same refund guidelines as individual courses, with the following additional considerations:
- Refund eligibility is determined by the most accessed course within the bundle
- If any course in the bundle has been completed, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable
- Partial refunds for bundles are calculated based on the bundle price, not individual course prices
5. Corporate and Group Licenses
Refunds for corporate or group licenses are handled through direct communication with our business development team. Standard terms include:
- Refund requests must be submitted by the primary account holder or authorized representative
- Refunds are prorated based on the number of active users and content accessed
- Administrative fees may apply to group license refunds
- Custom agreements may supersede this standard policy
6. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our platform or course content:

- Allow us reasonable time (up to 72 hours) to resolve the issue
- If we cannot resolve the technical problem, a full refund may be granted
- Service interruptions lasting more than 48 hours may qualify for service credit or refund
7. Course Cancellations by Solaraquintix
If we cancel a course or discontinue a service:
- Students will receive a full refund for any cancelled courses
- Alternative course recommendations will be provided when possible
- Refunds will be processed automatically within 14 business days
- Students may opt for credit toward other courses instead of a refund

8.1 How to Request a Refund

- Log in to your student account on our platform
- Navigate to your purchase history or account settings
- Select the course or service for which you are requesting a refund
- Complete the refund request form, providing detailed reasoning
- Submit any supporting documentation if applicable

8.2 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Funds are returned using the original payment method

9. Payment Method Considerations
9.1 Credit and Debit Cards
Refunds to credit or debit cards will be credited to the original card used for purchase. If the card has expired or been closed, please contact your financial institution for guidance.
9.2 Third-Party Payment Processors
For payments made through third-party processors, refunds are subject to the processor's terms and processing times. Additional fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
9.3 Gift Purchases
Courses purchased as gifts may only be refunded to the original purchaser. The recipient cannot request a refund directly. Gift purchases follow the same refund timeline and conditions as standard purchases.
10. Course Credits and Alternatives
Instead of a monetary refund, students may opt for:
- Account credit equal to the refund amount
- Transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value
- Extended access period for incomplete courses
Course credits do not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on our platform.
11. Promotional and Discount Codes
If a course was purchased using a promotional or discount code:
- Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original price
- Promotional codes are not reissued after a refund is processed
- One-time discount codes cannot be reused
12. Free Trial Periods
For services offering free trial periods:
- No charges occur during the trial if cancelled before the trial ends
- Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before trial expiration
- If charged after trial expiration, standard refund policies apply
- Only one free trial per user account is permitted
13. Certification and Examination Fees
Fees paid for certification examinations or credential verification are non-refundable once the examination has been attempted or scheduled. Rescheduling fees may apply according to our examination policy.

To maintain eligibility for refunds, students must:

19. Special Circumstances
19.1 Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.), we may temporarily modify refund terms or extend access periods rather than provide monetary refunds.
19.2 Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, all payments are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
19.3 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course multiple times, contact us immediately. Duplicate purchases made within 48 hours are eligible for full refund of the duplicate transaction.
